New to the Business (Associates)

A position as an Associate with Tradd Commercial requires a proven, successful sales and/or entrepreneurial track record. Successful experience as a real estate broker or agent, however, is not required. New Associates will learn how to evaluate, market, and sell investment real estate properties, operating in a commission-only environment and working towards Advisor status. The work is exciting and particularly challenging, especially during your the first year, but the payoffs are tremendous!
